First off. Congratulations! Virtue is the unofficial Roleplay server so you made a good choice! Secondly, Pocket D is a nightclub, a neutral zone where heroes and villains can both go; and is the main RP hangout for both sides.
You can find RP anywhere on Virtue but Pocket D is THE place to find it, usually on the blue side bar.
The lowest level zones with entrances to Pocket D are Port Oakes for villains and King's Row for heroes. Good luck and have fun! 
I'm new to the game are there bars or other types of instanced places just for rp.. or rp guilds with rp bunkers? i'm on virtue and would like to get into some rp
