8) not a very common build.. I am NB/SR and its alot better for PvE than PvP.. IMO..
First things First.. your offense outside of hide is going to be terrible until your 27.. IMO make 2 builds one for pre 30 and one post 30 and use a Respec.. your first build take some extra attacks to help your chain then once you get Soaring Dragon and get it slotted those other attacks become obsolete.. but they will deffinatly help you lvl and enjoy your self better..
In NB you can skip - Gambler's Cut - Flashing Steel (I dont have Divine Avalanche but its a great power +20 sometin % Def to Melee)
In SR you can skip - Evasion (IMO not enough AoE stuff to warrent this power I view it as a situational power so if you have room in your build for it then get it if not then skip)
I suggest taking Fly for Air Superiority another knock around power that just works so well with Def and your other knock around powers in NB..
Stamina is not needed but I highly recomend it.
Stealth-Invis for PvP
Hasten or Aid Self (I am going for Hasten)
Then your Patron of choice..
