If you don't mind a suggestion - have you considered trying to zoom in REAL close on characters? What I mean is; do just the upper body a few times? Even just the head?
Sometimes if you do that, then zoom back out, it'll improve your detail work. Merely a thought ,@_@>

Better get to it, dude. A lot of EBGames/Gamestop stores are running out of preorders fast. Mine was 28 out of 32 I believe.
You can still preorder at FYE I think. But if you don't get any preorder anywhere in, you'll have to camp out somewhere like WalMart, ToysRUs, Best Buy, or others.
I'm trying Gamestop today. If they don't have it, I'm going to somehow persuade my parents into taking me to random places 'til we find a preorder.
Yeah, this morning I dropped a few hints to my parents by saying "Wii preorders are starting!". Hopefully they picked up on that.
