As you can see the build is on the low end for attacks. This is a PvP defender, I rely on others to do the damage.

Will highlight the primary powers and why certain powers are slotted.

Transfusion is the kinetic heal. May replace one time with another acc if I notice it missing more than not.

Slotted Siphon Speed for slows, works well on the other teams defender to try and negate them as much as possible. Works well for those pesky players who try to kill me.

Increase Density provides a def buff. It now stacks for mez resist only. That is why I placed times and ranges in it. Keep the team buffed (and stacked) as much as possible.

Speed Boost: You notice I placed times in there? It will asisst in the recharge of your teamates powers. May take one time out for a range.

Transferance is the kin endurance buff. Requires a acc check, hence the 2 acc's, dont want to miss with that.

Some folks will take the leadership pool over the stealth pool. I dont plan on attacking or sitting still long enough for leadership to help. Conceal is for those pesky folsk that like to chase Def's around. May switch out nova for grant invis (pretty sure that is what will happen)

You may also see that I have the leaping pool. That is for the acrobatics power for the most part and for CJ (will explain why it is slotted next). You cant buff if you are repelled or on your butt.

Now for the kicker. I am revealing (for some folks, veteran PvPers know of this) a PvP secret. You notice that Sprint, Swift, and Combat jumping are slotted with travel SO's? Seems kind of redundant with two travel powers (SS and SJ along with siphon speed) dosent it? Well its all about unsupressed travel powers. You get sotrm/rad/cold etc etc debuffs on you and you cant move for crap. Guess what? Those powers dont effect sprint, swift or CJ movement. So you can keep mobile. And superior mobility is the #1 advantage in PvP.
