heres a story of my charecter, nd is based off of some of my real world experiences.
Enlightenment.
****intro****
Born in a remote town in Pennsylvania Michael Goldswipe had a large amount of time to think. he spent a decent part of it thinking of ways to better himself. he never thought he was good enough, he had to improve, to enlighten himself in one way or another. he finally found a way to perfect himself one day.
**chapter1**
Michael closed his eyes. open eyes in the dark can only lower your senses. he heard the pattering of padded feet on concrete behind him, slowly moving in a circle. he new he was his enemie was a professional. too bad for them, thinking they could sneek up on him in pitch-black darkness. he swowly raised his right arm until it was directly in front of him as though he was pointing. he knew they would be strong, and move fast. silently he walked backwards. he heard metal scraping on metal directly behind him. he sensed the man's body behind him. listening to his breath to guess his height. in a flash he had turned around and his arm pulled back to his body, giving him extra force to move his body in a circle. his foot, covered in small light cloth shoes, sliced the air upwards to be met with the steel of the sword he was expecting. he found out by how his foot caused it to vibrate it was a well made katana. the one with the sword lashed out, nicking part of Michael's cheek and causes his liquid life to pool and drip down the face of his nearly hairless head.
he flattened his body on the ground and rolled away just as the sword cut deep into the concrete where he had been moments before. Michael leaped to his feet and lashed his arm outward, knowing his attackers skull would be right there. he felt the fine cloth that his attacker used as his suit and felt it become wet as his fist was removed from it. the attacker dropped to the ground with a loud thud. for the first time since he had closed his eyes less than a minute ago Michael. he pulled his lighter out of one of the many hidden pockets of bright white robe and flipped the opening up. the light it gave off was enough for him to see with his trained eye. he saw the man in silver robes lying on his back in a pool of spreading crimson.
Arachnos needs to train its assasins better. this one only got a nick on me.
he then turned and began to walk to the freedom base. taking his time so he could look over the layout of the city in Bloddy Bay. he wiped the blood from his cheek and concentrated on willing the blood to stop flowing past his skin. he was able to due to the harmony between his mind and body. he would need to meditate when he got home.
