Circues' Enhancement Numbers (requires *.xls reader, I personally recommend OpenOffice.

Hi. I'm just finishing up a program in Java for me and my friend's use (I can put it on the web if any of you guys want, but it's not completey done). It's basically an enhancement calculator, but, hey, it's my enhancement calculator - which makes it all the more special to me.
)
I've spent 3 - 4 days working on it, but I've run into one problem -- the exact enhancement % numbers!
So far, I use these:

I've pretty much made every one except the even level of the enhancement's % bonus up off the top of my head to what I think they are. I have a crap load more, but I really don't want to type them all out -- does anyone have a nice li'l coherent list for enhancement %'s and such?
