We are to be the Destined Ones is an RP that's been floating around on the CoV fourms back before Beta when we were all speculating about the game. It started off as a discussion of Project Destiny and would our character serve Lord Recluse or try to take him out. The thread slowly became an RP about a villain group called the Grigori. The Grigori were a group of Villains who have the best intentions for the world at heart, but ussaly use illegal methods to help. The group has basicly declared open war against Lord Recluse believeing what he's done to the Rogue Isle must not be allowed to spread.
There are currently two story lines going on. One has recently concluded and the other is still on going.
The first story is about the Grigori themselves as they try to tear apart Recluse's empire and deal with other personal grudes. Like Dr. Phillis, one of the Grigori's founders, nemesis, the mad alchemist Proto Matter who recently took over Phillis' base after supposedly dying. Currently the majority of the Grigori leaders are in the Haven, a base located in a Pocket Dimension called the Chaos Storm.
In the other the Grigori's heroic enemies, for the most part, are fighting an archvillian called Thaumaturgy and his army called the Band of Twilight as he attempts to destroy the world. This story takes place in a city called Arcadia outside of the game.
