Greetings, My name is NightSight I'm affiliated with the Supergroup "The-Eccentrics" our team is led by Super Silver. I serve as the group's lone gunmen you could say. Recently strange occurences have been going on around Atlas and surrounding areas. Some gold fella, has been preaching to the crowds. His main goal is to ruin my team's image and turn many of you against them. Anyway, Super Silver, Chasedown, Rattletrap, Rosmerta, and myself are just the few searching the city for any evidence of this gold character. If you see him stay away from him, he's not a hero.
Also a man by the name of Dr. Victor Rush is coming to the city in the next day or two, he's going to address the crowds at Atlas. This gold guy has been talking about him, Rush is an enemy of ours, he's from the Rogue Isles and he's one of many scientists that work under the control of Arachnos. His main goal is to get alot of you heroes over to the Rogue Isles. His daughter has also arrived in the city, strangely a few days before him, her name is Sagatria. Stay away from these three people, they're an immediate threat.... Not just to our team, but many of you.
Also my team and I are here to warn you these people are here to bring you on the wrong side, this fall "City of Villains" are going to wage war and this Victor Rush is going to try and brainwash many of you. Stay in paragon, stay and fight for Paragon. Ignore the Gold guy and the little girl.
