So he walks along, and around the corner to find some street thugs being dealt with by a young flying girl, she was cute too... So he picked a spot on a box and sat. It was very soon that he realized, just as he was comfortable, that the woman was gone and he had several angry thugs egerly awaiting to thrash another hero. After short work of them, Surge is a bit ticked... He sees the woman not fifty feet away, floating carefully in the air, so he hops onto another box, leaps up and flips over the gaurdrail of a building, gets to the roof, and balances himself on a telephone pole to give this girl a peice of his mind.
