Actually I was working with Jennifer8 on the next chapter but she has vanished at the moment... I hope everything is O.K. with her! However, I'm reluctant to scrap what she and I have fleshed out thus far, but if worse comes to worse I will try something else with another character...
Oh, and as for meeting Tick-Tock, I may use that if you don't mind at some point. I'll work out the details with you on it and think it would really help flesh out Chess more to speak with another robot... especially one who has gained it's freedom. Gives him another point of veiw to look at.
Funny thing is... I HAVE a character named Tick-Tock
I claim no credit for the picture except having it comissioned... but that is the mad spectre himself... A White Wolf NPC of mine who grew WAY too large for my head and became one of my favorite characters to torture... ahem... use with my PCs...

and by the way it's Tick-Tok (no c in the last bit, makes it look kool) and you can make Tick-Tok a permanent character in your story, incase Chess needs help!
