i was ready back on the chance to knockback procs in the pet slots. What about normal + chance for dmg in some of the damage sets? In theory couldnt you 3 slot hami's and then place 3 frakenslot dmg procs on each of them or no?

So i am making my first IO build on my character and I am using some of the "chance for dmg" procs. My questions is when it says I have a 20% chance, is that on all of my attacks or just the attack it is slotted on for it to fire off?
