    That was it, I had EU version.... I also PMd Avatea about the master NC account that i can't log into. Thank you so much Mandu and Aggelakis. I really appreciate your help
  2. I didn't call. Their work ours and my work ours don't work out too well and I can't call from work. Hence I was relying on a reply through their online customer service.
  3. I have tried contacting support, it's been a week now and no response whatsoever. I created my account after buying the game, but now I can't log into either the master account or in my game account. I put in all the right information but it doesn't work.
    When i try doing the "forgot password", it gives me an error after i put in my email address. I even tried making a trial account, and while I can log into and manage the account on the web, it keeps telling me that same information is not correct to log into the game.
    I bought the game a week ago and so far i still haven't been able to play it.
    Since NCSoft doesn't seem to care enough to even respond to me, maybe someone here can help me. I just want to cancel my account to make sure my credit card doesn't get billed for anything after the 30 day trial and I'll just wait until Champions.
