Newbie to base building but have done some research/reading, that being said, if I start with the 8x8 hidden plot it is my understanding that I won't end up owing rent. I was wondering just how far I can push that. Am I able to place storage racks (for enhancements and salvage) and if so how many? What about a workbench for crafting?
Long term (or at least with the 15 alts I would create) how far would 300k prestige get me for a base with the following goals:
Right Now Goals: (rentless)
Enhancement Storage
Salvage Storage
Midway Goals: (low rent)
Be able to craft enhancements there in the base (working on Field Crafter badge/accolade)
Teleporters (2 or 4 possibly with the beacons laying around for me to swap)
medbay
End Goals: (includes both right now and midway items)
Empowerment station
I would be using 2 accounts with several characters whom I would invite into the group so that they have a nice headstart at level 12 and possibly 22. This would allow me to craft more easily and mission more easily as I can drop off enhancements and salvage in the base for later sale/crafting. My main on the server (Virtue) is a 29 fire/kin controller with about 14M influence and currently has the WW teleporter temp power and also the Oro portal so zone teleporters aren't high on my list of priorities.
The research I have done indicates that a solo base is viable just not sure how far I can get with 300k prestige. I looked at
