Well - I'll be honest - it's *not easy*.

The best I've ever done was using the Tarbucket hat (the straight one), a military jacket with regular pants, and motorcycle boots (since they're shiny); along with white gloves.

Truely though - it makes you look more like an American soldier in dress uniform with a tall hat than anything.
