I can not get on to Justice. Been trying for about 30 mins now

Thanks. I will take pretty much anything at this point. I just got back after not playing for about 3 years so I had him slotted with just SO's so its all new to me now.

I have been away from the game for quite awhile and was looking to respec my Grav/Storm Controller with IO sets. Do any of you have any build suggestions?
