I am also unable to copy characters over. I deleted the two characters I had there, so I know space isn't an issue. I've tried multiple times over the past two days and none of my characters show up.

I saw something earlier in this thread where one of the developers had to restart the tool to fix a similar problem. Maybe it's time to restart it again?
