The 6th Arma in Sweeping isn't worth it - toxic res doesn't come into play often and you can keep enough recharge and damage without the Dam/Rech. I'd put a generic end IO instead, it'd do wonders for your end usage (or possibly a fury of the gladiator -res if you can afford it).

Power Slice seems a bit overslotted, afterall you won't use it unless slowed and the 5% recharge / 9% acc isn't worth it in my opinion. I'd lower it to 3 slots (3 pounding slugfest, boosting your e/n def to 33ish) and use the two remaining slots in PP, CP or Blinding Feint.

I don't understand the point of the end/rech in Tough and Temp Invul, a res/end would be better. Actually with Aegis I wouldn't go beyond 3 (esp. on Tough if you stick the Steadfast there).

I see another few things that I would do differently, but of course it'd end up with the exact same build I use, so no point mentioning that.
Thanks for taking a look at it.

Good call on the Numina's I didn't think about that.

That was my biggest problem of the build I am currently using with her so anything to bring down my end is always welcomed.

I was worried that my e/n are a little low because I'm normally more comfortable getting those defenses to at least 35 and it's something I've read on these forums time and time again. I went back and looked at the numbers in the difference in recharge and you're right it's not going to be noticeable.

The End/Rech in Tough and TI wasn't intentional by any means. A typo if you will.

Alas, if I'm creating a similar build I guess I'm on the right track because of your great success with Invul.
  3. The current build I have on this toon I really love because Invul is great and I can take on anything really, but it's not an "AV build." It can withstand an AV but it can't really take one down, except I was able to take down Bobcat.

So I decided to make an AV build for her and I think I made something that I'm hoping will work.

This is made with I16 in mind and is using a new edition of Mid's. Only thing I need to point out is that obviously I shouldn't have Adrenaline Boost, but instead it should be Physical Perfection. That power will allow me to have a 3.51/sec recovery rate instead of what is showing now.

Any and all critiques are welcomed and appreciated!
