jellinator

So i just downloaded city of heroes/villains. Then I made my character, a villain. As soon as it loaded to Mercy Island, the whole screen was fuzzy and I could not do anything, move etc. Oh and it was really laggy. So....

If anyone can help me....PLEASE!!!!


oh and yes i do have vista.....
