Wow, I'm terrified for St. Marks! That's not a big place! Maybe they have a basement or something.

Jim Hanley's universe'll fare much better, although I have a moral opposition to going there because it's in Midtown (ewwww).

Whatever the case, I'll be sure to be there contributing to the overcrowding.

So in the latest patch, they changed to Mental Blast to significantly reduce the activation time and recharge time. I've found it far more useful now, but I'm wondering what other people think. Is this finally a power worth slotting?
