Are any good Super Groups that are currently active and would fit weekend warrior player such as myself

Just recently leveled my first toon to 40. Would like some help on what is the best area for finding teams from level 40 and up.

I love playing city of heroes, its a great game. I was wondering if we will ever get more heroic/villian type costume. I do enjoy the fun novelty outfits like the halloween pack but i would love just more traditional classic hero/villian look. Also, will we ever see permanent jetpack gun holsters and sword shealths
