Thanks everyone for the quick response. That makes complete sense.

I have slotted a Tier 3 Alpha enhancement (Cardiac Total Radial Revamp), however I see nothing in the upper right hand of the screen that indicates that I am a + 1. I thought that unlocking the Alpha Tier 3 automatically does that. I have equipped it. Thanks!
