Again, I'm not arguing that the gaus proc is going off. I see it go off in my combat log all of the time too. I'm saying that my damage does not increase when it goes off while viewing the combat attributes. Are you checking that your dmg is actually increasing in combat attributes, or just trusting the combat log when it says, "your attack power is temporarily increased"? And my proc is level 26 so I don't think exemping is the issue here (Sirens pvp)

Just thought I'd add that I have a GSFC chance for build up slotted in a build up power and it is not working properly in pvp zones. I do see the proc go off in the combat tab under healing received, however there is no dmg bonus granted when viewing combat attributes. Same is true for the Decimation build up proc. It does appear to be working fine outside of pvp zones as it displays an additional 100% bonus to dmg when it fires.
Has anybody else noticed this? Are these IOs intended to work in pvp zones?
Again, I'm not saying that the procs dont go off in pvp (because they do), I'm just pointing out that the combat attributes do not reflecta dmg increase.

Okay, so I've heard this now several times so I decided to turn to the forums for some clarity. Can anyone confirm whether or not the SC lvl cap will be raised to 35 w/ i16? A few people in zone mentioned this and my buddy told me he had access to shockwave on his claws stalker while on Test server. Is this a bug? Rumor? or an actual new feature to come w/ the issue release.

Though I think upping the lvl would make things more interesting, I'm not entirely sure if I would like it or not. Tanks w/ T9s, therms w/ heat exhaustion, stalkers w/ TF, and mms w/ 2nd upgrade, etc. I guess I don't see any reason why they would raise the lvl, but just curious since a few different people have mentioned it now.
