There is another thing to try that might fix your problem. Admittedly, it was for nVidia users that would get stuck at the loading bar... But I think it might fix you up. And it shouldn't cause major problems if it doesn't work.

I have updated my drivers and it is still not letting me open it.

NC Launcher wont open COH. Every time I click "play" it shows the loading bar and then the game crashes and an error report pops up.
"The crash occurred in atioglxx.dll."
Not sure what this means, but I have uninstalled by the launcher and coh twice to no avail. -

I like to move around using my mouse via holding both buttons. This way I can use my left hand to press tab and numbers for powers. I find it a tad aggravating when I use both mouse buttons to move and the auto move function kicks in taking me somewhere I do not want to go. Is there a way to turn that off. I have looked through the options and tried a few different things, but I am still knew so this may be something that is rather simple to fix. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
