Apologies for the double post - I'm not able to edit my own posts.

I was able to resolve my issue on my own; I simply disabled texture compression in my advanced graphics settings.

Thank you to anyone who hadn't responded, but was trying to come up with an answer.

I've spent about a half hour searching the forums for my particular issue, but it would seem this chipset is unsupported by the game. However, I am curious about something;

With the exception of ultra graphics settings, I have everything else maxed. Frame loss and screen tears are barely perceptible, and the game runs incredibly smooth.

However, my user interface is missing elements - namely window borders, sliders, and health/energy/exp bars.

Despite the lack of support for this chipset, is there anything that can be done?

I have a dxdiag log at the ready, though I doubt it will help much.
