Only if one flies in a straight line. Since flight is infitnely maneuverable this need not remain the case. As Super leap while faster does have some minor maneuverability issues it also has the problem of needing to "come down" a flyer need not descend to mother earth in this regard.

Though I will grant that the bane of supression does indeed ground and slow one it affects all equaly save teleportation. Flight does however have the ability to hit the ceiling and touch the sky where as poor Super leapers may leap for the heavens but will forever fall short.

Ahh But I disagree with that assessement. Flight is clearly superior. With its recent increase in speed it now matches favorably with other travel powers, and unlike those It has the advantage of not being affected by that evil known coloquilaly as gravity.

With flight what goes up need not come down.
