Was trying too create a costume too match my Grave Knights after they have had been given Enchant Undead but I can't seem too match their AURA, was wondering if anyone knew what it was, or if it is even available???

So ONLY Concentrated Strike CAUSES the Instant Recharge of BUILDUP?

Yes, stalkers get Build Up which is a much better idea than having Siphon. Once you get Concentrated Strike at level 32, if you crit from hide, it will instantly recharge Build Up. -
I made a Kinetic Melee/Super Reflexes Stalker and noticed it didnt have Siphon Power? I was talking too another player and they had mentioned it had Buildup instead but to make up for not having Siphon Power the Buildup power AUTO regenerated? Is this true if so what are the stats on this ? How does it work? Is it worth taking Buildup in the first ten powers?
