Supergroup Name: The Last Chancers
Description: Paragon City is in Chaos. Arachnos in Siren's Call, villains and monsters rule the streets, and more heroes find an early grave every day. The city has decided to give the lowest of the low one more shot. Captive villains have one more chance to earn respect and redeem their souls by fighting and dying for Paragon. Given only the most suicidal of missions, The Last Chancers go out in one last blaze of glory for Paragon City.
