I just noticed this for my SG, where most of the Hazard zone badges were missing.

Unpublished arcs, custom critters, custom enemy groups are all saved on your computer and not the games servers. You can design and create as many arcs, custom enemies and groups as your hard drive will support.

It's not until you publish an arc that the information is sent to the game's servers for permanent storage.

I'm sure we all recall the classic, “I assure you, my good man, Nemesis is most definitely 'down with the street.' Word up, my homie, as it were.” And the Freakshow telling the Nem officer to stop fronting.

So how do you build one of those meetings in MA? Where 2 NPCs are carrying on a conversation until your valiant horde strikes from the shadows. Is it possible? Is there a technique or setting I'm just not seeing?

Is that the Tutorial one or is it the one you revisit later, to bust out a bunch of NPCs?

My pleasure. I'd actually been hoping for an index of this sort when I started taking an interest in the Scoop, so it was easy to notice the problem.

I received the Lanista badge on my CoH main by observing a gladiator match.

Victor Royal, reporting on behalf of the Royal Family. Note confirmed sightings in both Steel Canyon and Talos Island of alien lifeforms, unlike any I've seen before. In Steel Canyon, the creatures, most notably a large, floating eyeball, clustered around an energy field resembling a gate or portal. The creatures in Talos Island, also including several of the floating eyeballs, appeared to be patrolling a sector near the heart of the neighborhood.
