My hero would have to be tied to the end of a rope and carried by Coast Guard heliocopter (since her custom vehicles ran out of gas days ago).
Flying her over the selected area she would untie herself. Just before she face plants from 100 feet up, a sudden change to rock armor. Thus the leevee is blocked (she's not fat, just big boned).
