I wouldn't mind having my planner on the list.

  2. I gotta figure that of the original set of options:

    [ QUOTE ]

    New Costume Choices
    PvP Arenas
    Skills
Another Epic AT or two avaliable to Everyone
Real post 50 content, more raids etc.

    [/ QUOTE ]

What States could commit to for Issue 4 without committing to anything he hasn't ALREADY committed to would be:

    New Costume Choices
Another Epic AT or two avaliable to Everyone

I can't imagine it would take much to add some costume choices, and they may HAVE to because of the lawsuit.

As for the new epic AT's available to everyone, I am guessing he will just add new AT's available to everyone - something he has already committed to.

    Just my 0.02 influence!

  3. States:
    --------

I posted a sortof "summary" of the more recent problems people are having with Kheldians. I have removed the items that I think are either fixed by your proposal, or need to be re-evaluated after it is put in place.

What I have included here, are the remaining issues that I don't think are addressed by the change you propose.

I would like to get some idea of your thoughts on them, if and/or when you get the time.

    5. Can the pool powers be allowed while in our morphed forms?

    6. Endurance usage is just too high

    8. Could we possibly make it so that grouping with a Kheldian provides benefits to the NON Kheldian teamates either in addition to, or instead of, the existing benefits to Kheldians themselves?

    9. What are we to do about Status Effects? The late game has so many enemies that cause Status Effects that we need some viable option other than inspirations.

    14. Dwarf form seems to be able to gain resistance, but not able to gain any defense. Is this by design, or can this be changed - it looks like "tanking" as a dwarf may be quite limited as a result of this limitation.

    15. Dwarf form Provoke seems to be working incorrectly - it is often ignored by mobs.

    Edit:
    -----

I should clarify that I was trying to consolidate other people's posts - I have not been able to independently verify all of these.
  4. This post is -* 100% *- on the money!

From my Katana / Regen Scrapper guide post on December 7th, I say:

    [ QUOTE ]
REMEMBER that ... any time you see yourself taking significant damage, start spamming the hell out of Divine Avalanche. You should be able to get it to double stack, giving you some REALLY good defense.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    And also:

    [ QUOTE ]
When things get real bad, its nice to know that Build Up + Divine Avalanche will almost ALWAYS hit and therefore almost ALWAYS provide you with a defense buff. This actually replaced Reconstruction for me after my respec. It is very disconcerting at first, but once you have Instant Healing, you can actually think of Divine Avalanche as a "heal" in many cases. The defense buff from Divine Avalanche can keep you from getting hit long enough for your inherent healing to "catch up", and Build Up can (in an emergency) make CERTAIN that Divine Avalanche will hit.

It took some real "control" if you will for me to force myself to stand my ground, hit Build Up and then Divine Avalanche in those situations when I thought I should run. Almost without fail, this was enough to keep me alive and get me rapidly to full health.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yes, with Regen, I consider Divine Avalanche to be an actual HEAL. It works that way. Any time I see my health dropping, I just hit the number 2 (what I have Divine Avalanche mapped to), and boom, my health goes right back up. It might as well BE an actual heal in my build, and I treat it that way. It virtually NEVER lets me down.

One final note - I found out the hard way that even with double stacked Dull Pain, six slotted Weave, Combat Jumping, Perma Hasten, and Divine Avalanche, Babbage nailed me for FAR more damage than I have health. So, for truly the first time on my Level 46 scrapper, I found an opponent that Divine Avalanche didn't really help me on.
