Also, you should create a directory on your computer for all of your binds. I use c:\cohbinds - when using the bind_load command, it doesn't like long directory names like the default c:\program files\city of heroes\binds (it will come back with an error message saying (I think) too many arguments.

I don't think the problem is with long file names per se. I believe that the problem with the aforementioned default directory path is actually the spaces in c:\program files\city of heroes\binds. I have not tested this but if you put quotes around the path and filename, it should work fine. eg. bind_load "c:\program files\city of heroes\binds\mybinds.txt" -

This information is Inaccurate as of Issue 3 and 4 on Live Servers.
The correct Base Endurance Cost for Telekinesis is now -4.33 END per second (260 END per minute) ... not -3.0 END per second as reported at the time that this guide was written.
This means that Telekinesis has the second highest Endurance Cost of any Toggle in the entire game.

Then, correct me if I am wrong, I believe the recalculated values for the end reduction should be:
Single Origin Enhancers:
1. 3.25 per second
2. 2.60 per second
3. 2.17 per second
4. 1.86 per second
5. 1.63 per second
6. 1.45 per second
Dual Origin Enhancers
1. 3.71 per second
2. 3.25 per second
3. 2.89 per second
4. 2.60 per second
5. 2.37 per second
6. 2.17 per second -
The only thing missing from this guide is what secondaries (and what powers from those secondaries) go best with this strategy. Pool powers were mentioned but we might be able to use some more in-depth info on that as well.
I can make a few guesses myself (such as 6-slotted Hasten and Recovery Aura + TK into the corner = unlimited held groups) but the OP might be the most qualified to answer.
Thanks for a great guide BTW, although now I need to go restart my lvl 11 MC/Kinetic into a MC/Emp and change all the powers around
