Drop the only actual CC in a ranged DPS build? I know IM the one askig for advice, but that sounds... not like a good plan.
Im curious about KB resistance though - Ive seen this number of 41 pop up more than once as the target to shoot for. Whats that based on? What's the KB power you'r trying to nullify that has a magnitude of 40? Im really curious. -

Hmm. getting a bit off topic into a build discussion I guess, but I'd appreciate any advice. So far Ive come up with the following skeleton.

Total Focus? Really? I had rather written it off. I dint see a lot of value in something that took 3.5 seconds to animate and did the same damage as my tier one blasts... in melee! I'm sorry for having to ask, but how exactly does Power Boost make it good? Surely not just the 2-second stun?

Hi!
Im just recently returning from Champions after a long break (such great potential... such massive disappointment). PvP is obviously a bit different since I13. Ive been going over things and decided on a Psi/* blaster, but I can't peg down the secondary. As the game client downloads, I turn to the experts (or close enough) for advice.
MM has a higher damaging attack chain with Subduel, A fear (yay for CC), and Drain Psyche (though that might not be a big deal if it can't be perma'ed anymore).
EM has. Boost Range, and... thats more or less it, so far as I can tell. Is there something else I'm missing?
Which one do you all recommend?
