I haven't been able to figure out how to properly test the difference in Test and Live. However I notice quite a difference. Against minions from lvl 50-53, I notice pretty good defense. I'm pretty much satisifed. However, when I am fighting +2 bosses, thats when I notice something doesn't seem right. In Live, I was able to fight the boss and I seemed to be hit alot less but I died because of the minion that was shooting me from behind. But when I got to Test, The minion attacks missed.. which is good.. but the hits from the boss seemed to go through almost everytime! Only one attack missed but then I dropped very shortly after. I'm not much of a numerical person... game wise. I guess i need to spend some time and learn about that lol. But I was wondering if anyone else felt no difference.. if not even worse results in test.

Well, I understand why people don't want to 4 slot their powers however for SR, I think its almost necessary. Call me crazy however when I respec'd in January, I had 1 reduce end and 3 def buffs. Ever since then, I was wiped out on a REGULAR basis goign against 50 Bosses. Even 52s were almost impossible to fight. I know my build is screwed up but I have no respecs anymore so I have to wait for the Devs to give one out whenever that is. Going against a 52 Lt would dominate me, however before I respec'd into my stupid build, I was tearing through them. I added a cytoskeleton in my reduce end slot and my defenses wetn back up. Not as good as initially but way better than my messed up build. My main problem was jumping in a mob, without that 4th def buff, I would basically die within a few hits literally. With that extra slot, I'm not longer taken out by initial hits, I last way longer. I don't know the math behind this because i'm too lazy to figure it out. So from personal experience, 4 slots on your toggles are a must if you want to be a non-squishy.

I hate to repost but the other post I posted on may be pushed back soon. This may help connection problems with University users.
Ok Guys. I hope this may help out University users. Well first thing, look for a program called NMAP. It scans networks for opened/closed ports and such. Well port 2106 was open for us. However, it said port 2104 was FILTERED. The tech guys locally didn't find it, rather I did after a week of tests. Well I was pretty convinced this was the problem, so when I talked to the first tech guy, I didn't take no for an answer. I went back and asked for them to look at it. Then we went to his boss I believe and after 30 minutes of discussion, they decided to take my idea of port 2104. Well gladly, it was 2104 . He disabled it and I got on immediately. This may seem quite obvious for most. But what the tech guy told me is that the packets from COV looked SIMILAR to packets of a P2P program. Therefore it was HARD for them to even figure it out. I'm not sure P2P program it was similar to. Well so I hope this will help out. For those with University access who CAN'T get on, take my advice and run NMAP. Discover the port that is being Blocked/FIltered and have them help run diagnostics by temporarily disabling it and then tracking EACH packet until you find the one from COH/COV.
