I think it will be easiest that people in a team are highlighted in one colour and the team leader is in another or has a star in addition.

That way you can see who is in a team and who you need to PM to ask to join.

And there is always the change the search comment saying that your team is full or something.

You're right there Heart_Attack. I checked Wiki and you get the Raptor pack from lvls 5-10. Although I read the description again and it does say "RUN" with the capital letters so it begs the question about jumping and using the raptor pack. As I was thinking about having a go at this event and if you can't jump etc then I will have to rethink my strategy!
