Thrashin

Im looking for a guide to getting a work shop up and running. I know how to make rooms and place items, but am unable to figure out how to get a basic workshop up and running. Is there a list somewhere on what exactly is needed to do this? (i.e. rooms/items in each room). Most of the guides I have found don't get specific enough to help with a first set up.
