Let's face it - not every villain out there is the greatest thing since the easily-destroyed bank vault. For every villain who becomes a successful figure of menace and dread to the law-abiding populace, there are at least five second-stringers. They might have crummy powers or a terrible backstory, but for whatever reason, they just don't get the respect the other villains receive, no matter the work they've done.
When these people need assistance, the Down N Out Agency is there.
Down N Out is a themed VG for the losers of the Rogue Isles. It's a place for your dingy street-level characters, or slightly ridiculous concepts that haven't gotten much play and want a little work or respect. We are currently in a fledgling state and working on our base. Please don't submit any characters you don't intend to play - it shouldn't be an alt bank.
