Having a few SR scrappers(a MA/SR at 50),i should know a thing or two about it.

I believe Elude lasts for 3 minutes,and when its down your left with 10 Endurance or something around that.

You might believe that I'm crazy but i do know that i use Conserve Power and a CaB to make up for the Downtime,and my toggles dont drop while doing that.

Which is why i think your left with some endurance when your about 100% when it drops

oh yeah forgot to add that Kung-Fu Steve's ancillary is Body Mastery
