I noticed same thing today, deleted a toon from Defiant and seems i lost 1 recently created toon on Union. Logged back several times, no luck. And also have 14 toonslots on Defiant and only 12 in Union, 1 Union slot is Unavailable. Just checked Zukunft and Vigilance also, Zukunft has 12 and Vigilance 11 slots.

it seems the missing toon is back now. It appeared at last slot, in 36 i think.
