The punch was perfectly executed and connected perfectly but what Alyssa found is that the woman’s face didn’t budge and it felt like she had just punched a hunk of marble. Clearing some of the debris from her hair the woman pushes Alyssa’s fist aside and stands up from leaning on the bar. The woman towers above Alyssa ((I would assume just ignore it if I’m wrong)) at at least 6’8” and says in an even tone. “You think I’d pick fights with metas in bars without a little insurance do you?” wiping a little lip gloss from the corner of her mouth, “you must be so embarrassed right now.” She stands her ground.

Looking at the jugs of water, over at Hetenko, and then at Alyssa. The woman smiles with a hint of pleasure at the anger in the air, “well, look at that mulchy, you have scrawny gardener friend to defend your honor…how sweet!” She picks up one of the jugs and tosses it towards the back of Hetenko’s head lazily. “Drink up sweetie”

David face turned from pink to crimson. "Uhh... yeah one second." With a blur of speed, David stripped of his bathing suit and reappeared wearing his blue jean shorts and an unbuttoned hawaiian shirt. He took her hand. "So shall we go?"

“Ok then let’s be on our way” They walk out into the hallway and towards Odette’s room. Odette looks down at David’s hand and then back in front of her, “Odette isn’t my real name you know…My real name is Mireille but I really want you to keep calling me Odette,” her gaze softens a bit as she walks hand-in-hand with David. “Odette was my mother’s name, and the only people that know me as Mireille are the masquerade so I figure it was time for a change.” They near Odette’s door and she reaches for the doorknob not knowing that Mr. Erik was still inside.

Determined to amuse herself further at Alyssa’s expense the woman looks towards the bartender, “Hey, you got any water back there? I think I’m making her wilt.” The woman smiles through yet another sip of her drink.

Gunner created yet more impervium shielding to cover his exposed top, not hesitating to pop out and kick the now quarter-sphere shaped barrier at Famine, hoping that the distraction of that combined with the temporary hinderence of switching weapons would be enough to make him subceptible to Gunner's own TMP fire, two of them gracing the palms of his hands. If Famine still somehow found a way to fire off a rocket at him, he would just create yet another barrier, perhaps one that was more fortified than the last.

“Wow, hardcore” Silk gets pushed off course from many of the explosions and bullets being haphazardly thrown about the arena. She shoots another thread arrow at the arena wall and uses it to cling onto the side of the cage, by this time she had barely remembered shooting the Danny’s neural disruption arrow at Grey on the arena floor (though she hopes to catch a glimpse of her real foe), “Dang, right now the crossfire seems more dangerous than you Grey!” She yells down at him as she clings to the cage just hoping not to get shot.

Despite being such a hardened person, he found this woman able to break down all his barriers... it could have something to do with the fact that he had not really interacted with a woman like this in years. No its ok, I think that I should probably head over to my room because I left my outfit over there.” Odette snaps her fingers and in a blur of purple polygons she is clothes herself in an illusion of a lovely short summer dress. “This should be modest enough for me to get back to my room.” Odette reaches towards the doorknob but stops and looks back at David, “I think…you should come with me I am worried the masquerade already has people looking for me and I’d feel safer with you.” Odette smiles and holds out her hand for David, “just superspeed your outfit on…I’ll turn away if you want me to” she smiles a bit wider.

Gesturing to the bartender for another beer, Alyssa turned and directed an evil glare worthy of the most despicable evil mastermind at the woman. Seven years and comments like that still irritated her, you'd think she would have gotten over it by now but no. "Neither, it just grows there", she replied in an obviously annoyed voice before taking her beer. downing it all almost in one gulp and motioning to the bartender again to bring her another one. She was tempted to blow the other woman off her seat with a strong gust of wind but decided she was still not drunk enough to risk getting thrown out.

“I’m not an expert but, won’t too much beer make it wilt!” The woman chokes on her drink a bit as a laugh escapes her suddenly.

David turned her face back to him. "I trust you because of that look in your eyes. I see it, the desire for redemption, sadness, anger." David had a sad smile on his face. His voice only a whisper, "Also... I need to have something to believe in. If I can help you get away from this terrible life, and help save you... it will save me..." David's hand was trembling. It was true... David had lost a lot of his reason to fight over the last few years. He had begun to lose faith in what he was fighting for.

Odette looks a bit shocked and then reaches over to grab his other hand. She stands before him looking much stronger now and she speaks with a new strength in her voice, “Ok, this is what we must do; we can heal both our lives in the process.” She takes a deep breath trying to begin the healing of her spirit. She opens her eyes and looking down, realizes that she is still in her bikini from earlier. She lets go of David’s hands and turns away playfully crossing her arms to cover her chest. Much of the elegance and poise she showed earlier slowly returns as she peaks over her shoulder and says with a new and honest smile, “If we are going to do this…defeat the queen that is,” Her smile devolves into a smirk, “We should probably get out of these wet clothes…and into something a little more suited to planning the demise of an archvillain” She uses one hand to tussle her semi-moist hair.

Alyssa almost jumped out of her seat as a thrown grenade exploded against the cage wall in front of her. Though she was perfectly safe thanks to the arena's shields it still startled her. She looked down at the combatants to see who threw it, and immediately saw who as another explosive detonated in the corner of the cage. "Hey! You with the grenades, work on your aim!", she yelled down at them. Whether they could actually hear her in there she didn't know and didn't particularly care as she got up and floated over to the bar to get another beer.

As she gets closer to the bar a very tall woman with flowing blond hair and a strong Amazon-like figure watches her out of the corner of her eye as she walks up to the counter. The woman is bent over the counter a bit so her height is not immediately apparent. She says with a devilish smirk, “Nice foliage” remarking at Alyssa’s head, ”Do you use conditioner or turf builder on it” she giggles a little as she sips her whiskey on ice.

David was slightly surprised when she kissed him. He just went with it, for some reason it felt right. He noted her embarrassment and put his hand over hers. "Raiden will be just fine, that guy is something else... never met anyone quite like him. Comes and goes like a shadow he does." His mind drifted back to her. "It's okay... about the kiss and all. If it makes you feel any better, I have not dated anyone in the last four years since the Rikti War."

Odette holds David’s hand tighter and the look on her face looks distressed, “how can you even trust me David!? I tried to kill you out of cold blood on a whim!” Odette thinks of letting go but she can’t bring herself to actually do it. “I’m surprised you can share these wonderful things with me after what I’ve done.” She looks away and her hand begins to shake a bit, “would you believe that killing you was my initiation into the masquerade as a full member…I am a terrible person David”

Odette was telling the truth, before the boat even left port; she was given a task by her headmistress to kill at least one Meta passenger after charming and seducing him. It was a sick rite of initiation but Odette accepted none the less.

He touched his hand to her injured arm, a green glow came from it healing some of her wounds. (Medicine Power Set.) "I am sorry for injuring you..." He said as his voice trailed off.

Odette smiles slightly as her arm feel much better by the second. “No,” She pulls herself away just enough to look into his eyes, “I needed you. If it meant true freedom, I would have had you…you…” Odette kisses David for a few seconds, and the her eyes shoot open and she pushes back from him, escaping his embrace she looks away, “I’m sorry, I don’t know- I’m sorry” Odette begins to move the arm that was injured and fumbling for a new subject, she says looking back at him, “Is your friend alright?” Odette wears an expression of confusion over what she just did. She was telling him the truth when she said earlier that she never really had a true relationship.

Mr. Erik drift-walked over to the Vanity and was just about to place a hand on the surface of the mirror itself when he froze. He looked down at the surface and frowned. Then he snarled. He reached down and began pulling open each drawer of the vanity, one at a time. Looking for something.

Makeup and haircombs rattle in the drawers but something much bigger slides to the front covered in red velvet. Only a small edge of the actual object can be seen, lined with a gold paint over a white porcelain.

To any one with any kind of otherworldly perception, one would also notice that it gives off a strange aura as if it conveys an emotion humans havn't defined yet.

Odette throws her arm around his neck still leaving her injured arm limp on the bed. She presses herself close to David, she speaks through soft sobs, “no…*sob* she’ll kill you too…you can’t *sob* she’s a monster.” Odette begins to shake a bit, she is obviously rattled by the thought of David’s death…and the horrors he described in his story. With her good arm, she touches David’s hair and whispers softly, “You poor man.” Odette closes her eyes, losing herself in his embrace

The room is a pretty standard luxury suite with all the amenities one would expect in this expensive of a room. The only thing that seems odd is that a seemingly out-of-place vanity sits in the corner of the bedroom. Because of its placement and its design, it is obvious it is out of place.

Odette stirs and then opens her eyes slowly. She looks up at David with her lovely green eyes and whispers softly, “My knight…I’m so sorry” she wipes a small bit of blood off of her face and then lets her hand go limp at her side as she attempts to sit up. She winces in pain as she lifts her body into a sitting position. “ you’re a good man David, that’s why I need to be honest with you” Odette breaks eye contact and looks at the floor in shame, “ I am a Lieutenant in Longbow….and I have been a double agent for 6 years now. I work for a group of Women known as the Twilight Masquerade and their leader uses many of my past mistakes as blackmail to keep me in her organization.” Odette’s eyes begin to well up again and looking back up at David she says with fear and despair in her eyes, “She made me kill, steal and lie and somehow I always followed it.” Odette wipes the tears from her face, “She is an A-Class Telepath and Telekinetic but she has never used her abilities to make me do things…She is a master in persuasion and she always knows exactly what to say.” Becoming a bit more Hysterical, “SIX YEARS DAVID!” Odette puts her face in her hands, “I don’t know what to do” Odette sobs softly on David’s bed, completely drained of all the vivacious joy that she showed so much of earlier in the evening.

Raiden jumped in front of the sound wave to protect David and Odette. "AHHH!!" He screamed with great pain as the sound wave ripped through his body launching him into the railing. He stood up revealing that he was indeed a Regen. His wounds were closing up rapidly, but the damage was done. Raiden was exhausted and his enemy had escaped. He turned to David. "Take of her. I am going to try to chase after the other one and find out what the hell is going on." And with that Raiden disappeared to the shadows once more.

Gabriella reappears in front of the outside entrance to the luxury suites. She walks through the hallway holding her left arm. It was covered in scratches and cuts from Raiden's burning cuts technique so she does her best not to attract unwanted attention to herself. Upon reaching her room, Gabriella's hand trembles as she unlocks her door. As soon as she steps into the room, she makes her way to a vanity in the bedroom. She sits on the chair and fumbles through the top drawer until her hand reaches a gilded Venetian eyemask. She takes a deep breath and puts it on.

Gabriella's body goes limp and in her mind's eye she is brought to a grand ballroom warmly lit by a single chandelier. A single throne sits in the middle of the room, facing away from Gabriella.

A voice coming from the chair echoes on the marble in the room, ”I asked that you not bother me Aria”
“My queen, its La Fleur ((Odette)) she has been taken by two heroes, she is badly injured and worse yet, her spirit is weak.” Gabriella bows slightly wearing a magnificent French gown with a gold ribbon trim.
“And this is reason to bother me why?”
“She could compromise everything she we are doing here! Something must be done!”
“you will not tell me what must be done. Now, what where you doing when this happened.”
“I knew that new girl wouldn't keep her mouth shut so i tried to dispose of her but-”
“HOW DARE YOU!” The Warmth in the ballroom vanishes and a darkness is cast upon the two, “YOU DISRESPECT ONE OF YOUR OWN AND STILL YOU STAND BEFORE ME!?” a chilling breeze hits Gabriella and strips her beautiful gown to nothing more than dirty rags.
“Please...my queen” Gabriella falls to her knees defeated, clinging to the rags around her body in the cold.
“I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DEAL WITH THIS! YOU WILL FOLLOW OUR PLANS AND NOT INTERFEARE WITH HER ANYMORE” The throne glows a frightening reddish purple as the darkness closes in on Gabriella “if you fail me again, this hell will become a reality” A steel cage falls fro the darkness on top of Gabriella and in real life, a tear falls from underneath the mask.

Odette Chokes a little and whimpers a bit clutching the arm holding her on the railing, “I never *gasp*never wanted to...*sob*the queen…she,*gasp*…no choice- please help” Odette passes out from shock ((for real lol)) and her body falls limp on David’s arm.

Raiden stood up and ripped away his shirt revealing multiple scars across his body. "Retreat? Bad word. Very bad word. I will be pleased to show you how I retreat." Raiden's sword began to glow a bright golden color. "So? Shall we get on to the real fight?" Raiden said in a mocking tone as he swung his sword. "Burning cuts!" (Thousand Cuts)

Gabriella’s shield is hit with the full force of the Sword and many of the blows penetrate it revealing scratches and cuts around her arms and torso, “YOU SCARRED MY SKIN YOU WORM!” She flies higher into the sky and looks towards Odette and David, “Odette you fool!” In a delicate song, Gabriella sends a howl of notes meant to rip apart Odette and her assailant and after the amplification she had performed, they were definitely going to kill Odette in her unconscious state.

“I will deal with you bo-“ Gabriella’s eyes wander towards the a clock on one of the upper decks in her view and she is overcome with a look of panic. Looking back down, “you can keep her; she is no use to me anymore!” Gabriella sings one final time and vanishes, as if carried away by her final echo.

((THis particular storyline shouldn't be in conflict with yours... i'm sorry what is moving too fast? i can run with it just say the word. Osrry sincerely devious we really don't mean to leave yu all behind i'm just responding to all of the arcs i am involved in.))

((currently as i see it, odette, raiden, gabriella, and Talisman are having a rather heated battle on the far far end of the deck... and silk is still waiting for Grey to make a move. those are my only two storyarcs.))

Rather than try and figure out which one was which, David did something very unexpected. He took a bandanna out from his pocket and wrapped it around his eyes, blindfolding himself. "There is much more than meets the eye Odette." David said as he dodged the first few blasts before taking one in the shoulder. He spun and hit the floor hard. He jumped onto his feet. "I guess it's time to get serious. It's a shame. I actually liked you. There is a reason why no one trusts the illusionist, right?" Talisman's body started to crackle as electricity shot across his body. "Time to end this." David used his hearing to track down the real Odette again. He jumped into the air and began to power up a huge energy wave. It looked as if he would attempt to destroy the ship, but as the energy in his hands reached it's peak, Talisman suddenly vanished from sight. Appearing in front of one of the Odettes suddenly, "Spirit Cannon." The huge wave of energy launched right at her. (Nova Blast)

Odette Shrieks as she is blow against the railing on the deck of the boat. Her eyes flutter and she quickly gets to her feet, sustaining serious injuries. “You have no idea what I have to go through! You can sit their mocking me all you want but at the end of the day, I wanted to have a normal date for once!” Tears begin to stream down her face “Ambition is an ugly thing and it can truly destroy a person.” Still crying Odette straightens herself and looks at David square in the eye, “Unfortunately, you are the one that will be destroying tonight” Odette swishes her arm in a circular pattern and then touches the floor, A spectral terror of otherworldly horror rises from the deck below her and begins prying David’s mind for that which he fears the most and then showing it to him in the most vivid excruciating detail.

Raiden was surprised by the woman's power. He had to use his blade to deflect the sound of her voice. "Roar Blue Dragon!" He cried as he slashed downwards with a blast of energy cutting the sound wave in two. Raiden landed on his feet but the sound wave had cut into him. His arm was bleeding, but he was by no means out of this.

“I am no mere screamer” Gabriella begins to hover over the deck. “I am the Forbidden Aria! A headmistress in the glorious TWILIGHT MASQUERADE!” Her voice rings about the air once again and instead of attacking Raiden, her lovely voice seems to split into multiple tones that can be heard echoing around her well after her lips closed. (Amplify) “I recommend retreat” Her frightening gold eyes Stare directly through Raiden.

David cried out in pain. "Argghhh!" But suddenly he started laughing. "I never did show you what my power was did I Odette? Or if that is your real name." Using his super hearing David tracked down where Odette was by the sound of her breathing, he used his super speed to suddenly appear behind her. He whispered in her ear. "Dragon Fist." With a sudden burst of energy and speed he delivered a flurry of punches to Odette's back and neck. (Sands of Mu)

The first few punches connected but suddenly it was if David were punching a cushion of air. Odette appeared a few paces back holding her shoulder where David initially aimed. “Cute and Forceful, I’m impressed. But I hope you brought more than your fists.” Odette’s eyes sparkle and all of a sudden there are quite a dozen of her standing in a neat little V pattern in front of David. She and the clones begin to twirl about each other until it’s impossible to tell which is which. A voice speaks as if it’s whispering right next to his ear, “those fists won’t protect your fragile mind from my games”. Each of the decoys fires a pink psionic bullet from their fingertips headed right towards David. (Deceive + Mental Blast Ancillary)

Raiden was blown backwards by the bubble of sound. "A sonic screamer eh? This should be fun. How about it? Your sound vs. my steel." Raiden taunted. Sword in hand he launched himself at her and attempted to end it with a quick slash.

Gabriella’s voice rings through the air and with each note the air between them seems to get thicker and thicker until Raiden is stopped just inches from her face “Oh my dear,” Gabriella rises to her feet, “This will be the loveliest euphony your ears have ever known.” Her delicate lips part again and a single piercing note pushes back on Raiden with a bladelike intensity.

David jumped back when he saw the blinding flash, but it was too late. He couldn't see a damn thing now. He fell back on his super hearing to try to retreat. "Damn it! It was a trap! Do it now Raiden!" David yelled as he jumped back and prepared for a
battle.

Odette slashes her hand in the air, leaving behind a lovely geometric purple haze that attempts to engulf David, causing him immense amounts of pain while inflicting no real damage (spectral wounds).

Raiden sprang into action the moment he saw the flash. He landed behind Odette's friend and with a sudden move he had his sword to her throat. "If you even breathe wrong I will kill you." He whispered in her ear. He turned to Odette. "Stand down now or I will kill her!"

Odette turns to Gabriella in the clutches of her new dance partner, “I wouldn’t mess with her throat if I were you”

“Om my, aren’t you assuming a bit too much” Gabriella’s lips part and a sharp silvery note pierces the tension in the air creating a massive sonic repulsion shield emanating outward from her body. This, she hopes will blast her assailant and his little toy far enough for her to show her true skills.

David knew something wasn't right. His super hearing tipped him off to it. The way she was laying the sounds, they didn't sound quite right. Despite that he reached his hand for hers hoping that if this was a trap that Raiden would have something up his sleeve to save his [censored].

Odette attempts to grab his hand and dispelling her illusion, appears just inches away from David’s face emitting a blinding flash from her sparkling green eyes. She is poised ready to strike. Meanwhile Gabriella breaks character and looks up at David to see what will happen.

"Okay Raiden, I'll give this plan of yours a chance, but I swear if I get killed your [censored] is haunted, forever." David jumped off the balcony back towards Odette and her friend. "No... this can't be happening." Talisman approaches Odette's "body". "She can't be dead. No!"

Odette decides to play with him a bit more and moves her head closer to her illusions head. The illusion moves, revealing a gouge made by the bullet on the left side of its head. “David, please…help” It extends its hand and Odette matches her hand with the illusion so that when David grabs it, he would be able to feel her.
Meanwhile, Gabriella is thinking to herself, “For the love of god, hurry up and kill him or I will!”

"Raiden? What the hell are you doing here?" Raiden pulled David down quickly, "Listen to me Talisman, because we don't have much time. I believe those two women are trying to ambush you or something, nothing about what just happened makes any sense. You have to continue like you know nothing. If we are to figure out what is going on, you need to spring the trap. I need you to pretend to kill me or let me escape, I will be watching from the shadows for support. It's risky, but we can do this."

Odette Stays patiently in her invisible form ready to emit a blinding flash from her eyes. Gabriella, (the more experienced of the two) knows they’re in for at least some kind of fight so she makes sure to stay in character hoping to gain at least a preemptive strike. She sits in a defeated position crying softly, “someone…please…help” waiting for David to return. Fortunately, it was late and not a lot of people were wandering about the deck at this hour. In fact Odette was actually getting excited because she knew that if a fight did break out, there would be no civilian interference to worry about. Neither of them expected him to go after a figure in the distance, but they knew he would be back eventually to help them inside.

“Like we said,” Gabriella slides closer to him, “we don’t get out much”
“Also, when you showed up to my room in such a wonderfully heroic way, I knew I had to at least get to know the brave soul coming to the rescue” Odette reaches out of the hot tub near David to grab a glass of champagne.
BANG! A small device deigned to sound like a sniper shot goes off and Odette casts an exact replica of herself falling to the ground and bleeding from the head half-hanging out of the pool. She slips out of the pool being sure to stay close to the illusion fully invisible, waiting for David to move closer with her hand extended ready for a flash technique.
“ODETTE!! MY GOD!” Gabriella pushes herself out of the Jacuzzi in the opposite direction of the “body”,”David! What’s going on?! Is she dead?! Please David help her!” Gabriella Does her best to look faint, hoping David falls for their plot.

“Thanks kid” Silk uses the last “rung” of her ladder to launch herself towards grey firing Danny's arrow towards his head. She counts on her flawless accuracy and hopes that this one makes it, “NOW SHOW ME YOUR TRUE FORM YOU [censored]!” Silk Readies herself with a piercing arrow drawn and ready as she nears his position.

Thus, Silk ran into a small problem-Her arrows were also intangible at the time of their firing. This had to be the overall conclusion since they would not be cabable of going through the notably SOLID GROUND if they weren't. Furthermore, if Silk had decided to try the trick while outside of phase, she would have been crushed and melded with whatever the ship happened to be made of. More interesting was the idea that there might be another layer of rooms below the current one.

So her intangible arrows flew right through Grey Masque to zero effect, and in the offchance they hadn't been fired while intangible, they bounced or got stuck harmlessly the moment they left Silk's bow.

However, putting her head above the floor-line was a viable option. Especially if there was another room below this one. Unfortunately for Silk, it also presented Grey Masque with a unique opprotunity.

"Whack a mole." He said, right before bringing down his fist in a hammering motion on Silk's head.

“CRAP!” Silk slips her head under the floor just as Grey smashes making a nice sized crater. Silk exits the floor and runs to the opposite side of the arena. She looks up at Danny, “Hey kid, you got any EMP or Psy disruption arrows? I was a retard and wasted mine” Silk Fires five arrows with threads attached to them in a Z-like ladder in the corner where Danny is floating hoping that he had some arrows for her.

Walking to the Jacuzzi Gabriella turns to Odette and says in low tones, “do this right or so help me I am going to make your ears bleed.”
“I got it, I’ll go for the old Bait, Blind and Behead.”
“Now that’s more like it.” Gabriella smiles widely as they walk out onto the deck.
Gabriella is wearing a white bikini with gold braided trim and Odette is wearing a lovely deep purple one and a floral print sarong.
“I hope you weren’t waiting long!” Odette runs ahead shedding her sarong as she goes. “Gabriella and I have a bit of a surprise for you for being such a gentleman all night” Odette whistles and a butler-like fellow walks out the door with a fantastic spread of food and a bottle of chilled champagne and sets them beside the Jacuzzi.
“Those silly cruise directors don’t want us eating by the pools but…” slipping into the waters slowly Gabriella grabs a glass of champagne, “we can make some exceptions I think.”
Odette is soon to follow, and soon both of them are waiting in to pool for him to join them.

If you would go ahead and get your bathing suits, I will be sure to join you as soon as I take care of business." David walked far out of earshot of the two women. "Yes go ahead." David said into the phone. "Talisman, it's Raiden. Is this a secure channel?" A mysterious voice said from the other line. "Yes, Raiden it is secure."

"Talisman, be advised we did some checking and the organization that owns this ship is a dummy company. We will be following the money trail and see what we can dig up. It might be nothing, but for now be on your toes for anything suspicious Talisman." David sat there for a second and didn't say a word. "Damn it Raiden, even on my vacation I still get sucked back into this [censored]. Anyway look I will stay on my toes, but I have to go, there are two women waiting for me and I swear I am not gonna pass up this chance." David said impatiently into the phone. "Okay Talisman. Stay safe, Raiden out." David closed his phone, and began to walk towards the elevator.

“Oh, ok then” Odette and Gabriella make their way down a hall towards their luxury suits.
“What the hell was that, the pill drop is like spy 101 isn’t it?” Gabriella looks at Odette with distain
“Well, he moved his drink, I couldn’t control that.”
“No, I mean why did you use that outdated and amateur trick when you could have jammed a throwing knife into this vertebra?”
“in the casino?! Too many people.”
“Oh don’t give me that!” Gabriella is now getting more and more frustrated, “you are a damn illusionist no one would even know we did it until we left the room and dispelled any illusion covering our tracks! I am a sonic specialist and I even know that!”
“well…it didn’t occur to me.”
“you are actually attracted to him aren’t you…”aside to herself, “that’s what we get for trusting a girl who defected from longbow”
“Shut Up! I resent that! Those people were psychos and you know I am loyal to our queen”
“Good to hear it! Then you will be the one to kill him in the hot tub!”
Gabriella pushes ahead to her own room leaving Odette in front of her door still scorched by the day’s earlier excitement.

Grey Masque slammed right into the webbing, which tugged at his suit and ripped small sections of it off as he moved to reveal the purple filmy stuff beneath. It didn't slow him down one bit, however, and before the fire could ignite Grey Masque or the webbing, he had already performed another super leap and was bounding off the ceiling once again to try and blow Silk's head off with one insanely powerful punch.

What was strange was that he could still jump at all. Usually, even if a person wasn't slowed down by webbing like the kind Silk used, they wouldn't be able to jump or fly or the like at all for a while. It was like the webbing hadn't affected Grey Masque at all in any way.

The punch connects ((it’s super effective!)) and silk is sent flying towards the arena floor. Turning on her phase shift, she slips into the floor and disappears from sight. Then, a volley of arrows comes flying out of the floor at various points towards grey masque making it impossible to know exactly where she is. Two of the arrows hidden in the swarm headed towards Grey are an EMP arrow and a Psionic distortion arrow. She knows that they won’t do much damage but she hopes that it will short circuit any kind of camouflage Grey has on for at least a few seconds. Her head pops out of the floor, “I wanna see what I’m really shooting at!” She waits with an arrow ready at the first sign of his real form.

David grabs his drink before they put the pill in. "That will be a story for another time." David said with a grin. "So whats next ladies. If I keep winning like this they might just try to throw us out."

Odette disopses of the pill by crushing it to dust and signals to gabriella that it was unsuccesful.
Gabriella decides to take control, "David, this is fantastic! i have never seen someone this genuinely lucky. i'll tell you what, i'm a bit sick of all these fancy places...what do you say about going to the jacuzzis on the upper decks?"
Odette smiles wide, "now that...is a fantastic suggestion...of course, we'd have to get changed of course...OH wait, you have super speed right? if we gave you our keys you could just pop over and grab our swimsuits for us...if you don't mind rumaging through our clothes drawers."
Gabriella winces a bit but still smiles through.
