Hi everyone,

I'm a returning player... I quit a few years ago and now I remember why. Updates on this game suck! I mean, I changed computers years ago and never had any problems with any other MMOs... I love this game, I really do... But I started yesterday and am already having technical issues... Makes me wanna punch something.

Still, enough with the bashing.

Okay, problems:
1) Every time I launch the game, the Launcher tells me there's an existing file in the Virtual store that it need to replace (clickling "yes" or "no" doesn't solve the issue)

2) Update problem: the Launcher says either that it "cannot overwrite an existing file" or that "access denied".

Meanwhile, I can't play, even if I Force play, because I don't have the right version of the game.

Can anyone help or has experienced similar issues?

My game keeps crashing, this has been happening for a little over a week.

I tried changing my graphic settings, to no avail. I've sent a request to Tech support, but I don't have an answer yet.

I'm running on an ATI X700 video card and was wondering if that could be the problem.

I've already reviewed the " ATI Issues and Settings Recommendations" thread, but it didn't work for me.

Any ideas?
