Thanks. I don't frequent the boards that much and either my search fu wasn't good or there isn't a thread about it anymore.

Why does terrify take tohit debuff enhancements? It does no tohit debuff to the enemies. It is purely damage and fear. Is this a bug? Was it maybe slid over when the accurate tohit debuff enhancements came out and thought it did tohit debuff because the other cone fear power, fearsome stare, does tohit debuff?
