  1. So, this probably a stupid question but, has there been any talk about this event badge returning in the future for those who missed this. I know I was away on personal matters all that weekend and never had an opportunity to login and take part in this event. Just wondering...and hoping.
  2. Greetings Everyone,

    I am currently working on a Mind / Ice Dominator and wanted to post my idea for a character build. I am hoping to use the character to mainly help support teams to accomplish SF’s / TF’s especially the LRSF. I am seeking ideas, thoughts and feedback from the forum community for anything that looks like it could be improved upon. Not sure if Perma-Dom would be useful, etc. Anything anyone can provide would be appreciated.

    Was thinking of trying to make weekly scheduled attempts for the Master of the 5th Column Strike Force badge (Master of the Barracuda Strike Force as some may call it). I hope there are probably a still a few Villains on Virtue that are still hoping to attempt and complete this badge. I was thinking of weekly run attempts for this badge every Wednesday starting at 7:30 PM CST. I would be willing to 1 if not 2 attempts each Wednesday evening. My main villain badger is a Radiation / Radiation corrupter which is what I will pretty much be sticking with for these runs. I have had the opportunity to try several attempts at this and unfortunately never succeeded...that last mission is real bear.

    Anyway Virtue Villains, if this interests you I will plan to be on every Wednesday at 7:30 PM CST with my Radiation / Radiation corrupter if you want to send me an in game tell or let me know in this thread.

    Mid's does not report these numbers correctly.

    Your defense debuff resistance will be 13.8%*Defense Enhancement (50-56% generally) for Battle Agility and Grant Cover, and 17.3%*Defense Enhancement (currently only doable via HO's) *2 (when double stacked) for Active Defense. My build currently has 58%-82% Defense Debuff Resistance.

    Your Recharge Debuff Resistance is 30%*Recharge Enhancement AND Globabl Recharge. My build currently has 46.5% to 67.5%(when Hasten is on) Recharge Debuff Resistance. This is most likely an oversight, so do not be surprised if it gets "fixed" to be a straight unenhanceable 30%, in a future update.
    McDunkin, please post your build if you get a chance...would not mind comparing and seeing how you have things set up. - Thanks
