Hey all, i have been trying to tweak my vista's settings but when im in game everything runs smoothly but this annoying warping rubberbanding issue that occurs like every 20 seconds.

Here are my specs to my system:
intel core 2xtreme cpu Q6850
3.00 GHZ
4 gig memory
32 bit vista
vid card is nvidia 9800 gx2

my vid driver is updated aswell
plz help, im running out of so called solutions and dont know where else to turn.------thx in advance
