I've been having problems with the new launcher as well, so i just use the old one. may solve at least some of your problems.

I tried playing using my laptop, which i haven't updated to the new NCsoft autopatcher, and it works fine!

I am able to login to server selection screen, but recieve a database error when trying to login to a server. Are the servers down? Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, I am a returning player, and I decided to give MM a try. My robots seem to get stuck sometimes. When this happens, I tried dismissing and resummoning, but the bots just dismiss, and the resummon doesn't work.
After I zone out of the mission/zone, the dismissed bots are still there and following again. Is this a common issue? Or am I just doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
