How would i make the very loud .ogg sound file? Can you do that with audacity?

I would like to get rid of all sounds except for glowies and when people level. How would I go about making these two sounds louder than all the rest so that I can just turn my volume down and not hear the other sounds without having to make silence.ogg files for all of them?

Whats the best way to level quickly for a level 6 villain?

Is there a contact list for villains out there? I need to know my options of where to get missions for each level.
