Str8Blunted

Im pretty new to this game so im taking Superspeed for concept, but im a bit hesitant about it because ill prolly be running through many mobs with my HORRIBLY low health.
My question is will they have enough time to shoot and kill me? Im a ice/ice blaster lvl 12...not that it really matters, just to let you know.
