OKay WHILE you are looking in to this how about also addressing the issue of KRONOS.....
Seriously, he was bugged on some missions so some never got the defeat badge for him. It also seems some never got the ambush mission at all. SO please look at this as well to letting him spawn somewhere, even if it is in a place like Shadow Shard or something. -

I am am in the sewers looking for the NemesisSeizesControl3 plaque. I am at cords 465, -576, -1558 and am directly under the sign and looking to the left. I can not find the plaque. Is this a bug or did they move the Loc for this plaque?

I found it, but it was difficult to see is all I can remember. I beleive its near the steel canyon junction... I forget... but it was there. -

t doesn't exist. It's merely a rumor by someone who has obviously never played the end-game anything.
Contaminated only exist in one place and at one level, Outbreak, and 1. They do not exist at lvl 2, or lvl 3, or in anything but minion form.
The reason is because they suck so hardcore, that if there were lvl 50 contaminated, they would be the easiest XP in the game by far. A controller with 1 slot brawl could **** a mob of them.
Could you imagine if there was? It would be the most farmed mission in the game. Mass pulls of people that shoot one pistol (minor dmg) every 15 seconds? and maybe a blunt object (minor dmg)every 15 seconds?
what a joke that is to even propose.

and actually, that mission you are thinking of is "Crazed". If you want to consider them Contaminated you are welcome. They look somewhat alike, but they use more severe attacks, and do way more damage, and attack a lot faster. There's a big difference.

Take a deep breath and relax man... we are"trying" to pool information here... A simple "No, its a crazed mission your thining of." Would have sufficed.... -

Does anyone know if the 'Isolator' (Kill 100 Contaminated in Outbreak) badge count towards absolutely anything else at all (IE Accolades)?
I'd hate to miss an Accolade or something due to the one badge it looks like I'll never be able to get. (Unless that portal mission I hear about with Contaminated count toward said badge.) I don't have it in me to start my character again even if it is needed for an accolade, heh.

If I am not mistaken, there is a portal mission that has contaminated in it. But that is 40+
There is absolutely no way of knowing if this is needed for accolades now or in possible future accolades as only like 4 accolades have been discovered thus far. -

I've had a few issues with past badges......
Some of my SG-mates have badges for some of their past exploits (and I have a few of mine for what I did in the past..)
I'm defientely missing a few though...the one that sticks out in my mind the most is the Vahzilok Plague badge...I KNOW I did that mission set!!!! I KNOW I DID cuz' it was my first extremely memorable experience in CoH :P

It seems the datamine will only give you the badge IF it was YOUR mission, if you always did someone elses missions then the datamine didnt work. -

Its not a reduce attack rate, but can be useful .

Just logged in the test server and looked at Tar patch...
1. The Information part only lists (-Speed)
2. The Enhancer screen only lists as acceptable enhancers as..
A. Recharge Reduction
B. Reduced Endurence Cost
C. Increased Slow
D. Increased Range
So if there is change coming to this, it has either not been implemented yet, or they have implemented it and they have made no changes to the text or the enhancers it can accept. -
I posted before but lets start this off the drawbacks of this fix to Phantom Army.
1. Spectral Damage - 90% of the damage is healed back in 5 seconds, the damage reduction really hurts just about any damage aspect they did have.
2. The HP Boost - They are indestructable, so it wouldnt matter if they had 1 hp or 1,000,000. No benefit for this power.
3. ACC Bonus - Yes its better they hit, this didnt bother me.
Now things I have read (by other players) or things I have thought that *might* balance this issue with Phantom Army.
1. Change the damage reduced from 55% to closer to 25%
2. Change the damage they do to permenant rather than spectral.
3. Make it permently summons 4 phantoms instead of the 2 to 4 it does now.
4. Increase Duration, Reduce recycle time and Endurance cost.
Thats all that really struck me from other Illusion controllers. I might have missed other suggestions but you are correct that there was many many threads on this.
