For a Db/sr brute. Idea behinde him is a convict who was choosen for a goverment super soldier program that was founded to create a completely loyal weapon against super powered threats. He got the power but the mind control part was flawed. He now is on the run in the rogue isle working as a merc/thief/bounty hunter type. As soon as going rogue goes live will prob try and make him a hero sort. Also any char development ideas are welcome:-)
