Ok well...I used Paint Shop Pro to create the animated gif but when I saved it, a wizard came up about optimization and now all the pics are grainy. Anyone have advice on how to stop it from "optimizing"?

Cool...for those that want to know...do this to use Paint Shop Pro 7+ to create an animated gifs from individual pictures:

File | Jasc Products | Launch Animation Shop

Then choose File | Animation Wizard

Does anyone know if Paint Shop Pro 9 will make animated gifs? I just want to know if it's possible, but instructions from someone who has done it would be cool too.

Agreed! It would be nice if this was made a slash command or if there was a dynamic-autogenerated listing on CoH's web site.

Hahaha...I already have that problem. I create alts then realize "oh ya, I should play this one". In fact, I created so many that I've stopped giving them an alt slot and just jotted down the attributes in a database for when I want a new character later. Crazy man, it's just crazy.

PS: I'm really looking forward to shedding winter clothes on my characters and having at least one costume look like a bathing suit to go swimming.

I agree this is VERY annoying. However, I was under the impression this is just because of beta testing. Perhaps this incorrect? I hope not, because it would turn people off using it, I'm sure.

Honestly I thought that's what Global Chat was <blush>. I wrote a stupid note to my SG asking how to configure Trillian (my fave IRC and IM interface). Duh to me. Now that I know it's in game only, I am less motivated to use it. Don't get me wrong, I think it is still useful, but it would be full dimensional with this feature.

I am very interested in the Global Chat beta. As a long time casual user of IRC and recent IM fan, I am happy to see it coming to CoH. I wanted to know if there is a way to list the public channels? I understand that for a private channel, one must be invited. Did I miss this info in the instructions, Global Chat Guide ? Thanks in advance.
