  1. i know i have had this occur when i try to send an item from one account to another and the second account does not have adequate space to receive the item.

    I was having the same problem, in my case, i had tried to claim an Enhancement from the mail when i had no available Enh. slots. I kept getting those error messages every few minutes yet the Enh. had been removed from the e-mail.

    Try making room somehow in your Inventory if you are full on anything (i.e. trading, selling, base storage, etc.) As soon as i did that it made room for the "unclaimed" Enhancement and i was able to market again as usual.
